Workforce Solutions Center was founded in Southaven, MS with a simple belief: that finding work and finding workers should be easier, faster, and more human. We saw a gap between what job seekers needed and what traditional staffing agencies offered — so we built something different. Today we serve employers and individuals across Memphis, DeSoto County, and the greater Mid-South with a full suite of workforce services under one roof.
